For an international European company we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager for one of its major construction projects in Romania.
Main responsibilities:
- Management of site acquisitions and contract negotiation
- Checking / bookkeeping of invoices suppliers, subcontractors
- Issuing invoices
- Cost Control
- Cash- book
- Contract preparation
- Materials and inventory management
- Preparing the accruals
- Monthly reporting and verification
Profile and experience:
- Graduate an Economic University
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in using accounting applications (software)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Written and spoken English / German is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and finish tasks within the deadline
