RESPONSABILITATI

Contract management for commercial aspects
Preparation and negotiation of contracts (national and international)
Commercial support for project teams in terms of project development during tendering process and execution phase
Supervision of commercial issues of local parts of the projects
Commercial Risk Management during all project phases
Analyzing, evaluation and forecasting current status against an established baseline schedule
Performing analytical review and arithmetic checks of cost reporting documentation
Influencing project team members to effectively use tools and processes.


CERINTE

University degree in economics/commercial studies or equivalent
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a multinational company
Good communication skills and ability to contact and relate with international auditors
Availability to travel to project sites whenever required (Place of employment: Bucharest)
Knowledge of tax legislation and local and international commercial law is an advantage
Fluent in English; another foreign language of our market regions is in advantage
Competent computer literacy (MS-Office, IFS, Power Point etc.)
Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously
Ability to solve problems, take initiative and work independently.
