Commercial responsibility for the building site, from offer until project organisation
Target-performance comparison of costs and performance
Precast on performance and results focusing on time schedule and working calculation
Support in the monthly performance report
Establish invoice and control the invoice
Observation of subcontractors and contract of delivery
Responsible for the Accounting at the building site
Close cooperation between the different offices and coordination of the different working steps.
- Commercial education, University or adequate education
- Minimum experience of 3-5 years in the execution of Constructions
- good knowledge of MS-office
- very good in English or in German
- Good knowledge in Contracting and Accounting
- Traveling is necessary
