- Develops the overall plans/programs for tele-smart & Romtelecom products (audio & photo & video) through the assignments of specific project tasks to team members.
- Creates (at the beginning of each year) an annual sales plan, considering market situations and shares, previous year actual sales, company¿s targets and new stores openings.
- Follow-up the annual sales plans of the company; prepare analysis of sales on monthly basis, and follow-up according to the budget.
- Responsible for budgetary compliance; Maximize profitability through margin management and customer prioritization;
- Prepare market/competitors analysis on monthly basis, concerning prices, types of products and quality;
- Follow-up promotions and advertising associated with assigned products; assesses their success against plan;
- Responsible for managing assessment per product category; based on market/competition analysis and knowledge of manufacturers, suggest new products;
- Co-operates with Purchasing for making annual contracts with suppliers; reports periodically on the progress and results, analyse developments and make recommendations;
- Interface bewteen the company and customers & public;
- Co-ordinates regularly with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics for common interest and to succeed in job targets.
- Responsible for managing, supervising, appraising and motivating his/her team¿s members. Devises (assisted by HR) possible training&development programmes for the employees subordinated.
- Takes care of a quantitative and qualitative workforce in his/her team in accordance with the business plan;
- Min. 2 years on a similar position (preferable in retail & technology)
- Exposure to an international work environment ( would be an asset)
- University degree (technical, finance, so)
- Fluency in Romanian & English
- Strategic thinking , decisiveness, analytical thinking, self management, accountability, tenacity, excellent communication & organizational skills;
- Driving license
