RESPONSABILITATI

-to achieve the sales and marketing budgets;
-to achieve the profitability targets of the company;
-to maintain a good cash flow – according to the budget;
-to create new business opportunities;
-develops and implements the sales and marketing strategy of the company in compliance with the corporate policy for Romania and external markets;
-formulates the business plan for marketing and sales volumes, turnover, sales and marketing budgets;
-establishes the objectives for his subordinated departments and managers;
-organizes activities, defines priorities, controls progress and quality of the performance within the departments subordinated to him;
-coordinates the overall working of the buisness departments in order to achieve the profiatbility of the company on short and long term;
-prepares departamental budgets and sets sales and marketing;
-assures that the portofolio of products and volumes required fill in at maximum the production capacity and maintains rhythmicity;
-identifies major competitors, potential customers, trends and developmental opportunities;
-analyses the financial and demographic factors and establishes measures in order to reduce the effects of competition activity;
-decides in variation of prices, payment terms and other conditions, together with the Head of Sales & Marketing Support in order to increase the market share of the company’s products;
-decides on marketing promotional campaigns, conferences, seminars, events together with the Head of Sales & Marketing Support;
-represents company and maintains relations with important clients, authorities;
-is responsible for the complience with the budgets approved by the supervisory board of the company;
-is responsible to know and comply with all legislation applicable to his activity;
-manages, supervises, appraises and motivates employees from his subordination;
-establishes together with HR Director the necessary number of work force and the way this is used.

4.PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES (KEY RESULT AREAS):

-Generate monthly sales according to the targets agreed;
-Efficiently coordinate the sales teams;
-Forecast Accuracy;
-Headcount Management;
-Cash flow and EBIDTA.


CERINTE

Knowledge and experience:

-University degree;
-Experience in sales and distribution;
-At least 5 years experience in the sales, distributors and territory management;
-Profound understanding of the Romanian market and specific business environment;
-Team and people management experience;
