Creation of the budget and monitoring performance against the key deliverables;
Achievement of sales volume, price and profitability targets as per the business plan;
Evaluation of price trends & correlation with market share trends;
Analysis of imports, and creation of a strategy to deal with imports;
Regular assessment of the classical “Price before Volume” vs “Volume before price” scenarios on profitability, and suggesting the best options;
Analysis of geographical distribution of sales and recommendations for changes in regional volume allocations to optimise profit;
Performance appraisal of country offices based on targets vs achievements;
Running the monthly review process and driving improvements based on actions in the review;
Ongoing updating & improvement of the strategic plan of the business from time to time;
Monitoring and control of Finished Goods inventory and receivables as per budget.
Strong sales experience in business to business sales environment (industrial products, preferably, base metals) in an international company;
Change Management experience;
Project management experience;
Good business understanding;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Good command in English;
Higher Degree of education.
