- Sets, coordinates and implements the sales strategy of the company;
- Develops, motivates and leads a professional sales team;
- Develops the business and the customer portfolio;
- Maintains the contact with suppliers.
- University degree, Agriculture is a plus;
- At least 5 years experience in sales (agricultural products - corp protection products, fertilizers, seeds - would be an advantage);
- 2 years experience in coordinating teams;
- Decision making abilities, leadership, initiative;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Driving licence B.
