RESPONSABILITATI

The Commercial Manager is responsible for commercial activities of the company and for implementing commercial policy according to corporate objectives providing best quality of retail sales and other services to clients all over Romania.
• Must be responsible for reaching the objectives established by the company management.
• Must be responsible of maintaining good relations with all the customers.
• Must be responsible of an efficient co-ordination of the subordinated personnel.
• Must be responsible of signing on time the sale contracts.
• Must observe the Internal Regulation stipulations.
• Must be responsible of maintaining in good conditions the goods and the equipment that are offered by the company.
• Must organise and coordinate the activity of the Commercial Department that is formed of the following departments: Marketing ( Strategy, PR/ Communication, Advertising, Customer Trade Marketing, Customer Care, Analysis and Marketing Research, Pricing with Purchasing and Major Project.), Category (Press, Fast Mouvable Goods, Books and Media, Recycling Program, Other Services), Wholesale, E-Commerce and Subscription (Subscription, E-Trade), Franchise Program, Operation and Sales (Expedition, Expedition National & Bucharest, Retur National & Bucharest, Fast Mouvable Goods Warehouse, Bucharest & Ilfov Agency, Sales and Network Regions, Agencies, Network: Kiosks & Shops).

• Must elaborate with the company management the sale target taking into account the developing strategy of the company.
• Must verify the operational procedures drawn up according to ISO standard embraced by the company for the subordinated departments.
• Must train, guide and coordinate the subordinated personnel in order to achieve the established objectives.

• Must analyse press and other products market and make forecasts for the development direction of the company.
• Must have in view the finalizing way of contracts.
• Must analyze the amount of daily sales and suggest efficient measures of raising it.

CERINTE

• University degree.
• Driving license – B category.
• Sales and marketing experience- minimum 3 years.
• Creative person, wise and visionary.
• Initiator of good ideas.
• Knows how to solve problems under pressure.
• Honest.
• Dedicated.
• Dynamic and available to answer the phone after the program.
• Able to take decisions.
• Excellent English (read, write, speak)

• Advanced PC user
• Must understand and daily practice of the optimization theory ( minimum time, best quality, cheapest cost, maximum sale value)

• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to work with the
minimum of supervision and under pressure.
• Able to coordinate a team of at least 10 people.
