-The selected Commercial Manager shall be responsible with Production of Legal and contractual documentation, Bid preparation, Review of contract documentation;
-Acting as Commercial Authority within thr project delivery team, ensuring an effective Contracts and subcontracts strategy and process is applied;
-Manage contract negotiation and implementation, contract performance, subcontract management, change proposals and contract dispute resolution;
-Ownership of and responsibility for achieving cash targets for the business area (Invoice/cash management and ensuring the accuracy of the forecast cash receipts from billings
-The candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager from construction sector working on projects;
-The individual should have the management ability to work well within a team, to work well with clients whilst forging relationships
-You probably have a Civil Engineering Quantity Surveing Degree or similar relevant qualification and have substantial experience
-Minimum 2-3 years experience is a must;
-We are looking for people who are self motivated, enthusiastic have strong work ethics and the ability to be a team player are important;
-You will need to be both challenging and confident and will have excellent organizational, interpersonal skills along with the ability to work well under pressure;
-Good command of English and ability to communicate at all levels is essential
