¿ develops, implements and manages the sales strategy
¿ monitors the real estate agencies and cooperates with them
¿ takes key commercial role on strategic projects
¿ manages effective relationships with internal and external customers
¿ actively works within the sales process by contributing relevant expertise to define and sell the customer proposition
¿ a graduate of Economic studies (MBA would be an advantage), minimum of 5 years experience in the field
¿ marketing knowledge
¿ proficient in MS Office
¿ excellent English knowledge (second foreign language would be an advantage)
¿ proved communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
¿ ability to travel abroad
