Responsibilities:
• achieves and exceeds sales objectives and customer expectations
• promotes and sells the company’s solutions and products
• market researches and prospecting
• establishes customer relations and develops the network
• identifies needs and proposes best solutions for potential clients
• makes commercial offers and negotiates the sales contracts
• provides technical assistance to clients
Profile of the ideal candidate:
• Min. 3 years experience in active selling automobile parts (eg. dies)
• Excellent knowledge of the Romanian specific market
• Good knowledge of the outbound specific market would be an asset
• Sales skills and commercial character
• Positive & pro-active attitude, showing genuine interest for customers
• Presentation and persuasion skills
• Hard-working, able to cope with pressure
• Enthusiastic, flexible and spontaneous
• Fast learner and creative
• Pleasant and smart appearance
• Able to work independently in the areas assigned to him/ her, but at the same time very communicative and team player
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and keen to learn and develop
• Excellent English language skills
• Spanish knowledge would be an asset
