To support the growth of our client – the largest European group in the distribution of communications support materials - we are adding 1 new position of COMMERCIAL MANAGER.

Responsibilities:
-Proposes the sales strategy;
-Implements the sales strategy through sales and marketing team;
-Follows and supervises the results (daily, weekly, monthly) through reports and visits on the field;
-Organizes periodical meetings with Sales team;
-Proposes and adjusts the pricing depending on the strategy (monthly and as often is needed);
-Approves the commercial selling conditions to a customer (prices, payment terms & credit limit together with Credit Control Department);
-Visits important customers;
-Initiates business relations with potential customers;
-Participates to Business Review Presentation and Budget Presentation (outside Romania);
-Monitors the expenses related to sales;
-Analyzes the sales reports vs. budget, sales team activity, identifies, proposes and implements action plan for improvement;
-Participates active in marketing actions;
-Analyzes/Monitors the competition and the evolution of the market.
-Excellent knowledge of sale and large practical experiences in this area with demonstrable results;
-Experience in negotiation and maintaining business relations with customers;
-Experience in a multinational company is strongly required;
-Very good knowledge of marketing and practical experiences in this area as well natural „marketing approach“;
-Experience in new initiatives or project management;
-University degree, preferably in economical or technical field is required;
-Good knowledge of English;
-Good PC abilities (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet);
-Driving licence, class B;
-Full of energy, active, creative and positive, with spirit of enterprise, results oriented person;
-High level of organisational, negotiation and analytical capabilities;
-Good decision maker;
-Clear motivation and vision of further personal and professional growth as well as strong potential for such a growth.
