RESPONSABILITATI

- Contribute to the formulation of overall Company strategy and be jointly responsible for achieving agreed Company objectives;
- Plan and carry out sales and trade marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Develop business in order to grow the company sales, profits and turnover;
- Managing of the short and long term planning process for the business, action planning;
- Contribute to achievement of the business objectives by ensuring that commercial policy and strategies improve the competitive position of the Company and are correct implemented in a cost effective manner;
- Collect and analyze the regional marketing information;
- Develop and implement a distribution plan that maximizes the company’s market, brand, volume and channel objectives.
- Dealers selection, based on infrastructure, portfolio, sales team and customers;
- Negotiation of commercial conditions according to Commercial Policy.


CERINTE

- Bachelor’s Degree;
- 5 years experience in sales development/management - F.M.C.G. area only;
- Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development;
- Excellent command of English;
- Computer skills including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet
- Driving license.

- Solid business judgment and strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to interpret the business goals of the company and apply sales techniques to expedite the achievement of those goals;
- Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers (negotiating skills) of all levels and skill sets;
- Self-starter with proven sales track record;
- Exposure of working within the sales process by contributing relevant expertise to define and sell the customer proposition;
- Should be able to identify and manage risk in his / her business activities and highlighting the risks at appropriate manner;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel.
