• Legal advice (commercial law, civil law and civil proceedings law, etc.);
• Legal representation of the financial insititution for debt / units recovery, by:
• conciliation;
• commercial litigation;
• insolvency procedure;
• foreclosure procedure.
• Communication with the authorities (courts, court's bailiff, prosecutor's office, police, etc).
• University degree (in the legal field;
• Work experience within commercial litigations field of minimum 3 years;
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
• Active, team oriented person;
• Motivated to build a career in a developing company;
• Analytical skills, responsible, organized person;
• Ability to respect reporting deadlines;
• Ability to prioritize the main tasks;
• Resistance at working under stress;
• Good communication skills;
• Availibility to travel & Driving licence.
