- Define the sales strategy
- Managing the sales team
- Organize the sales network;
- Set up appropriate actions to motivate sales team;
- Draw up sales budget and monitor on a monthly basis;
- Draw up a plan of action regarding commercial strategy;
- Being responsible for achieving the commercial targets;
- Participate in the definition and setting up of the marketing action plan
- Participate in the definition of organizational and operational procedures
- Set up and ensure that the procedures and rules in use in the company are respected by the sales team
The most important competences required:
- University degree;
- Minimum 5 year of experience in a similar position in automotive or finance field;
- Strong financial and economical knowledge;
- Very good computer knowledge ( windows, Ms-office, word, power-point, outlook);
- Very good command of English language. French is a plus.
- Good interpersonal abilities and a good team work spirit,
- A dynamic person, creativeness and initiative, enterprising, hard working
- Strength in communication and negotiation skills,
- Able to work in international environment;
