The Comercial Assistant is responsible within I&S to secure the commercial lead and roll-out of business processes.
Working Partners/Contacts
External: Clients, Project Partners, Suppliers, Authorities.
Internal: Heads of Group, Commercial PM, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Internal Partenrs from other Divisions, all other central units (LS, RW, GPL,etc)
Tasks
Commercial offer and project roll-out: support in the tendering process, support at offer/tender calculations, support in contract preparation and negotiations
Material and Logistics: setting up materials in the system (SAP), orders to suppliers, follow-up, delivery to clients, meeting established deadlines, invoicing, preparation of contractual documents.
Receivables and Cash Management
Ellaboration of the offer/project controlling
Document-Management
Support of the Division Management at organisational issues
Assistance within project execution;
Education
Graduate studies in finance and/or business administration
Knowledge/Languages
SAP R3 - would be a plus;
Accounting and financial knowledge;
Knowledge of contractual terms and negotiation.
Experience
1-3 years of experience preferably in a multinational environment.
