-Co-ordinate existing sales admin processes on behalf of the SR
-Liaison with order management to “chase” delivery for product delivery for partners or on limited occasions for direct shipment
-Delivery notification: send notification to sales and customer once the goods are leaving the factory or the date is final
-Act as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
-Manage non-sales operations activities in SmartQuote: update linkage with Eclipse and/or Siebel. Work closely with AM and Bucharest country SmartQuote team and ensure turn-around SLA / response deadline is met
-Fluent English knowledge plus one other European Language ( German; Italian)
-Good communication skills (good questioning and listening skills)
-Customer oriented – keep customer always in mind
-Motivated and very focused
-Strong analytical and Co-ordination skills
-Good IT knowledge
-Ability to work under pressure
-Meet agreed deadlines for action
