COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST – Advanced FRENCH Speakers –

Responsibilities:
•Prepare monthly collections strategies.
•Effectively forecast month-end metric results.
•Report progress on an ongoing basis.
•Demonstrate sound judgment, prompt follow-up, and timely escalations.
•Learn customer infrastructure, processes, contacts.
•Identify, negotiate, and implement payment solutions and customer process improvements.
•Document collections in centralized system.
•Build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
•Identifies “at risk” customers and engages key contacts to resolve issues.
•Follows Company and department policies and processes.
•Facilitate dispute management process.
•Identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions.
•Communicate issues to cross-functional partners and facilitate dialogue through to resolution.
•Identify and implement process changes.
•Identify and manage disputed accounts per the dispute resolution process.
•Document and track problem frequencies.


CERINTE

Our ideal candidates have the following minimum Requirements:
•Economical background.
•Fluency in English & French
•Arabic would be considered a real advantage.
•Work experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
