- Supervising the collection team in order to provide quality and quantity collection actions with respect to the company standards
- Actively participate in the development of collection tools and procedures
- Participate actively in monitoring and reporting of the current portfolio behavior
- Assure proper collection measures in terms of effectiveness and procedures
- Maintain free flow of communication and information within and in connection with the team
- Ensure that is maintained strict confidentiality on all accounts
- Provide competent, problem free and timely service to team and customers
- University degree
- Good verbal and written communication in Romanian and in English
- Previous collection / customer experience is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Creativity and problem solving skills, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, time management, attention to details and ability to work under pressure
