The main responsibilities will be:
- Monitors weekly the payments and outstanding of the clients presenting clear arrears overviews to the management;
- Calls clients for requesting payment (of invoices) and offers information related to their outstanding;
- Organize collection of money by using guarantees (checks and promissory notes, etc);
- Keeps regular contact to the external collection agency and decides together with the Department Manager on such cases. Prepares relevant overviews;
- Administration and remarketing of repossessed vehicles;
- Stock audits;
- Other tasks allocated by the direct superior.
For our client, a well-known producer from the automotive filed we are looking for a Collection Specialist.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 2-3 years preferably experience in collection field;
- University degree;
- PC knowledge: MS Office applications;
- English fluency in both speaking and writing;
- Communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- Good problem solving, stress-resistance abilities;
- Accuracy and good organization skills ;
and to be:
- Flexible, open minded, willing to learn, self-motivation;
- Team worker.
