Deal with collection activities for the UK clients;
Interact, via telephone, with the debtors in collection process;
Contact the debtors in order to get a payment agreement;
Negotiate payment terms with the debtors;
Follow-up on the collection process.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) – British accent would be an advantage;
Availability to work part time during evening shifts;
Previous collection experience is a plus, but not mandatory;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Strong telephone skills and basic PC knowledge;
Organized and goal oriented person;
University studies required.
