- Communicates to the bank¿s debtors the collection policy;
- Receives calls from customers who had received notices and who want to settle their debts;
- Obtains a payment promise from each customer contacted;
- Follows up the promises made by the customers;
- Creates and maintains good payment behavior to the customers.
- Minim 1 year ¿ relevant job experience retail collections/ call centre work;
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken;
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
- Very good communications skills;
- Positive attitude, persuasiveness.
