RESPONSABILITATI

- Inbound/ Outbound calls to and from customers communicating the collection proceedings, prevent future delinquencies, create awareness and educate the clients regarding the necessity of paying and consequences if not ;
- Make all efforts to contact the client, including investigations for new contact details, and to recover the amounts in default ;
- Follow the daily productivity targets and deadlines as established and communicated by the Retail Collection Manager / Team Leader according to the volume of activity, desired productivity results and workload capacity ;
- Assist the Collection Manager/ Team Leader to develop and improve collections strategies, collection tools, collection policy and operational procedures to maximize results ;
- Maintain strict confidentiality on all accounts and bank policies ;
- Keep free flow of information between colleagues and with supervisor ;
- Provide timely and accurate feedback regarding: the special cases found and own work status; possibilities for work improving and maximising results, processes and/or clients approaches, special situations that can constitute an impediment or an possible acceleration of their work ;

- Written communication (including handling prejudice file for insurer, setoff – write off etc.)
- Identify the training necessities within the department, request/prepare and present to the Manager training materials, sessions and tests, provide periodical update on the information necessary in the collectors’ work, coaching the team members for permanent professional development ;
- Provide different reports when necessary(e.g. MIS, pledges reports etc


CERINTE

-University degree in Economics
-Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
-Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
-Good communication skills
-Positive attitude, professional and diplomatic communication style, persuasiveness, focus on achieving results, investigative spirit, team worker, stress tolerance.
