- Makes agreements with customers regarding payment of invoices;
- Checks all incoming proofs of payment and takes actions accordingly;
- Offers explanations and solutions to all payments, invoices and customer issues;
- Requests corrections to customer balance (adjustments/credit transfer).
- University degree;
- Experience in a similar position would be an advantage;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
- High energy and positive attitude;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Fluency in English.
