MISSION:
- To ensure the interface with bad debtors: borrowers/guarantors/employers according to the internal norms and procedures.
- To realize the skip trace activity in case the client cannot be contacted or the warning letters sent, returned from the post office with the reason: moved from the address, unknown client, etc.
- To co-operate with all staff members within Retail Credit Risk Management Department in order to reduce the number of overdue retail loans, the recovery time, the recovery costs as well as the constituted provisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Capacity to deal with difficult customers;
• Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
• High energy and positive attitude;
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
