-Calling american customers that need to be contacted in order to pay their bill.
-Receiving calls from these customers and take their payment over the phone.
-Do payment remainders and also make customers promise to pay in a certain amount of time.
REQUESTED KNOWLEDGE:
-English perfect, both writing and speaking
-Very good computer literacy (using efficiently the computer and basic Microsoft Office applications)
-Very good communication skills (speaking and writing)
EXPERIENCE:
-Minimal experience in related fields (Customer Care, Telemarketing, Telesales), but not mandatory.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
-Students or graduates.
