-Calling and receiving calls from American customers that are late with their bills.
- Do payment remainders and also make customers promise to pay in a certain amount of time.
The job is avaible part time and full time
- English advanced, both writing and speaking
- Assertive person that has very good negotiation skills.
- Able to work afternoon and night shift.
- Able to meet results and prove to be a good collector.
- Good computer literacy (using efficiently the computer and basic Microsoft Office applications)
- Very good communication skills (speaking and writing
- Minimal experience in related fields (Customer Care, Telemarketing, Telesales), but not mandatory.
- Students or graduates.
