RESPONSABILITATI

Technical Expertise:
- All aspects of collections regarding debtors ledger;
- Matching payments received.
- Resolving customer financial queries.
- Managing overdue payments
- Receive and resolve discrepancies (bank, business, customer contact)
- Prepare and dispatch dunning letters/statements
- Receive and give inputs to initiate legal and insurance actions
- Documenting all collection activity to debtors ledger
- Escalation and follow through of issue¿s re debtors ledger
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate these to the AR Team Leader.


CERINTE

Education:
- University Graduate;
- Part qualified accountant preferred.

Skills & Experience:
- Communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficiency in English and French or Italian required
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable/Collection concepts
