- Contactarea clientilor restantieri cu scopul de a recupera sumele datorate;
- Preluarea apelurilor si informarea clientilor privind facturile, termenele si modalitatile de plata, locatiile de plata, clauzele contractuale, masurile restrictive in cazul neplatii.
- student sau absolvent studii superioare;
- cunostinte medii/avansate de limba engleza;
- cunostinte bune de utilizare PC- pachet Office (WORD, Excel);
- abilitati excelente de comunicare si gestiune a timpului, motivatie puternica pentru a lucra in departamentul customer service;
- capacitatea de a gasi solutii intr-un interval scurt de timp.
- program de lucru in ture (8 ore) flexibil, corespunzator programului tau personal;
- salariu, tichete de masa, telefon de serviciu, asigurare medicala;
