RESPONSABILITATI

- Accomplishes Human Resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees;
- Implementing quality and customer-service standards;
- Supervises the opening of store directly or through staff;
- Anticipates product consumption, estimating costs, minimizing waste, evaluating the quality of products;
- Maintains general supplies inventory by checking stock; anticipating needs; placing and expediting orders;
- Satisfies customers by responding to special requests; resolving complaints; maintaining a relaxed, friendly atmosphere;
- Closes the store by balancing out cash drawer; making bank deposits;


CERINTE

- University degree;
- You should have a minimum 1 year experience as Beverage Supervisor;
- Effective communication, training and leadership skills;
- You should be able to lead the team, maintain good service levels and able to work well under pressure;
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services;
- Administrative skills;
- Advanced knowledge of english;
