RESPONSABILITATI

- Department organization / re-organization: structure, roles, full time-part time people weight; project allocation responsibilities;
- Ensures resources and coordinates processes of production to reach maximum efficiency so that projects are delivered on time, timing targets are met for each stage of production;
- Takes all actions in order to reach targeted Turnover at business unit level;
- Business understanding and tracking: volume monitoring and revision of pricing strategy;
- Improvement and design of coding processes, procedures, coding standards, manuals (depending on clients¿ specificities);
- Takes measures to keep production errors at a low level;
- Improves the client satisfaction with the coding services;
- Controls the direct costs and take all measures to reduce them if analysis shows this is possible;
- Increases the coding efficiency;
- Understands the finance of the business unit he / she oversees;
- Understands and controls profitability and chargeability of the unit;
- Coordinates people management actions in his / her unit: staff planning, recruitment, regular staff evaluations, staff development plans, job rotations, training actions;
- Plans, organizes and validates external resources to outsource the coding business to in case of overload;
- Responsible for implementing the Ascribe platform as the only coding application (replacing Excel);
- Drives continuous improvement;
- Drives a proactive attitude in the unit he / she coordinates;
- Reports weekly / monthly status to the Technology Director.


CERINTE

- University graduated.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Ability and motivation to learn new technologies quickly
- Attention to detail
- Have a global vision of the business and the capacity of decision and analysis
- Demonstrates good management, organizational and project management ability.
- Demonstrates the ability to function as a team member/leader. Team spirit and leadership skills;
- Possess broad knowledge of internal control systems, internal organizational structures
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
- Experience in working with senior management team in providing related recommendations, solutions and reports.
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Experience and ability to teach or instruct others (including persons who do not have a technical background.
- Fluency in English.
