• To ensure that the administrative and control procedures are followed consistently
• To ensure the highest standards of sanitation are being maintained – housekeeping and maintenance deficiencies are to be corrected immediately
• To present a good image for the Health Club by having a cheerful and pleasant attitude to members, their guests and colleagues
• To promote the facilities of the Health Club and liaise with the Membership Sales Executive in order to be updated on packages and offers
• Develop & implement guidelines for guest and member conduct
• To ensure that the environment is operated in a safety conscious manner and identify potential safety hazards and correct them
• To monitor customer satisfaction and communicate progress of operations to superiors
• Maintain proper scheduling for staff to ensure adequate staff coverage at all times
• To observe and evaluate staff performance on a regular basis
• Develop Job Descriptions, operating procedures and systems to be adhered to by all team members
• To develop and implement training programs for the Health Club personnel concerning service, guest relations, equipment handling
• Conduct briefing sessions to Health Club personnel updating them on offers taking place in order to introduce offers to customers
• To perform duties timely and promptly
• To ensure awareness of all VIP’s in-house, daily activities and banquet functions
• To maximize sales and revenue for the Health Club, maintaining sales attitude at all times
• To ensure confidentiality in all matters relating to members/guests assistance
• Ensure and maintain the security of information relating to customer and personnel in the Health Club.
• To check and follow-up on billing procedures and checking procedures
• Maintain cost in accordance with budget
• Maintain close communications with other departments
• Excellent Social Skills
• Good spoken English
• Physically fit and well groomed
• Disposed to develop and maintain good relationships with members, guests and employees
