Job Responsibilities:
• Participate on a complex data center infrastructure transformation projects focused on consolidating and optimizing server and storage architecture of our clients.
• Work on activities related to design and implementation of x86 platform, UNIX platform, SAN and storage solutions.
• Work on activities related to design and implementation of data center/cloud infrastructure with focus on x86 platform and virtualization solutions (e.g. VMware).
Our clients are major banks, insurance companies, telco operators and utility companies consolidating their data center infrastructure and operations on regional and global level.
• Technical University degree
• >2 years of work experience
• Experiences in technical field and interest to enhance/deepen capabilities in technical field
• Experience in (ideally at least 2 out of following):
- x86 HW & virtualization technologies (preferably VMware)
- Windows or Linux administration
- IBM powerSystems and/or AIX administration
- SAN and/or storage virtualization
- x86 server rackmount/blade HW
- x86 servers virtualization
- VMware
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Team-leading and leadership potential
• Very good communications skills
• Fluency in English
• Volunteering activities, extracurricular experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel
