We are looking for Developers with experience in Cloud Computing development based on Java platform. This person will work in an international team for a corporate client (IBM). The job is available in Iasi and Bucharest only. Training will be provided when necessary.
- English (very proficient speaking, understanding, writing)
- Ability to monitor tasks and manage incidents from beginning to end (take ownership)
- Ability to report progress, identify problems without delay, engage additional resources when necessary
- Knowledge of virtualization and cloud computing
- Experience working in teams and interaction with external teams
- Experience working with services support and ticketing, and reporting systems
- Ability to understand complex systems and environments and pick up new skills quickly
Proven experience in some (1-2) of the following products or equivalent products:
- Tivoli Service Automation Manager
- Maximo programming (Java/J2EE)
- Maximo configuration
- Tivoli Service Managment suite
- Tivoli Service Request Manager
- Tivoli Asset Manager for IT
- Change and Configuration Management Database
- Asset Management
- Tivoli Provisioning Manager
- Experience in WebSphere Application development - WebSphere Application Server (WAS), J2EE/Java, SQL, and JDBC
- Experience with SQL for writing WAS applications that work with DB2
- Experience with Windows VBScript development - VBScript language and very good general knowledge of the Windows platform
- Knowledge of security techspecs is a plus
- Experience in Windows platform support and development and support of Windows scripts
- Experience with UNIX (Linux/AIX) shell scripting development - shell scripting and very good general knowledge of the Linux/AIX platforms
- Familiarity with Compliance, Issue, Risk and APAR (Authorized Program Analysis Report) Tracking System or other similar systems
- Good operating systems administration knowledge (Linux and Windows)
- Experience in script development, using APIs
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Agile development, SCRUM
- Experience with virtualization solutions (VMware, KVM)
