- Assist in closing the books of accounts on a monthly & quarterly basis and submission thereof.
- Crunching and analyzing the business numbers for submission in predefined formats on a monthly & Quarterly basis
- Pitching and Presentations in call.
- Work on Compliance with relevant IFRS / US GAAP
Identifying the variance between sub ledger and GL balance.
- Tick and tying of sub ledger transactions with GL.
- Understanding back ups for variance, if any.
- Needs to prepare account reconciliations templates for balance sheet accounts and submit it to Customer for review.
- Would be required to communicate with Customer and explain the reconciliations.
As an additional condition - the job implies a financial integration project to Milan, Italy for 6-9 months, after which the work will be done from Bucharest site. Standard relocation assistance will be provided.
- 2-4 yrs of relevant Accounting experience
- English and Italian Spoken and Written
- Good in Presentation/Articulation
- Prepare & pass JE’s for all kind of Transactions e.g. GAAP adjustments, accurals etc
- Provide Audit backups and explain nature substance of Entries and reconciliations.
- Good understanding of the double entry system of Accounting.
- Finalization of Book of A/c e.g. Finalisation of B/S, P&L & Cash Flow Statement
- Familiarization/Exposure of Audit & Book keeping
Computer proficiency:-
Good Excel knowledge – Vlookup, Pivot, sumif, etc
Preferred:-
Good knowledge of IFRS /US GAAP
SAP/Oracle 11 with working knowledge
