BIA Business Intelligece Alliance recruting for his client, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry, Clinical Research Associate.
- Prepares Site Feasibility, Recruitment Strategy and other necessary study documentation in agreement with Clinical Operations Manager South East / Clinical Research Manager and according to company SOPs
- Performs tasks of Local Trial Manger (LTM) according to local agreement and allocation
- Assures smooth conduct and timely, proper progress of assigned trials
- Sets up, manages and controls budgets for assigned core and local clinical trials
- Contacts local authorities, providing timely submission of required study documentation
- Ensures that company meets all local and company requirements with respect to safety reporting in the study
- Ensures that IMPACT is updated in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with requirements
- Organises and conducts local Investigator and participates in Monitor Meetings
- Provides different trial reports and trial status updates upon request
- Coordinates activities related to Audits and Inspections according to company procedures and local regulations
- Coordinates end of trial activities as required
- Acts in line with ethical standards, company procedures and company Way of Management.
Verifies and checks:
¿ Verifies Investigational site eligibility for company clinical trials according to company SOP¿s
¿ Performs source data verification (SDV) to secure data reliability
¿ Checks the correctness/completeness of all entries to study documentation (CRFs) before collection from the site
¿ Checks the conditions of storage and trial medication usage (drug accountability) within the trials.
Builds relationships:
¿ Support Investigators in their requests.
¿ Builds partnerships and customers loyalty.
¿ Provides sales people with information on investigators activity in the trials.
- University degree (preferably related to natural science)
- Strong knowledge of therapy area and product range used
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Previous direct customer facing role an advantage
- Good communication skills and assertiveness
- Efficacious in building and maintaining relationships
- Driving licence
- MS Office literacy
