You will do online customer support in English, that is:
- solve complicated complaints received by email;
- follow up issues internally, in other departments;
- come up with solutions and new courses of action, to satisfy clients' demands;
- reply to uncomplicated emails (yes, we have those too).
You will have:

Late night sleep pattern (the work schedule is from 4pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday)
