-Answers to e-mail inquiries from panel members (people who take part in online surveys) who are based in NA
- Identifies issues, problems and conflicts affecting the panelists
- Recommends courses of action to resolve;
- Assists with the communication issues in the development of special projects and resources
This is a full-time job from 4pm to 12 am, Monday to Friday!
- Knowledge of English - Advanced level;
- Studies or work abroad in an English-speaking country would be an advantage, but are not mandatory;
- Computer skills: Internet, e-mail (MS Outlook), Microsoft Word;
- Attitude towards problem solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Desired some knowledge of French language;
- Dynamic person.
