- Answers to incoming inquiries from panel members;
- Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other;
- Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve;
- Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives;
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Excellent knowledge of Polish, Polish natives preferred;
- Very good knowledge of English needed too;
- Computer skills: Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Excel;
- Logical thinking;
- Responsible, dependable, ability to work under stress, able to cope well with very tight deadlines;
- Organized person;
- Ability to work productively in a team;
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
- Has the ability to dealing with diversity;
- Self-confidence and a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening abilities;
- Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person.
