RESPONSABILITATI

- Brief and work closely with production, creative and 3rd party suppliers
- Campaign management: planning, execution, help in creative development, delivery, testing and evaluation to ensure customer profitability and ROI.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients, focusing on first class service delivery, and encouraging client retention and growth.
- Becoming familiar with the nature of clients' products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs and monitors their profitability and effectiveness
- Writing reports, keeping records and financial details
- Helping to secure new business
- Undertaking administrative tasks


CERINTE

- experience at Client Services/ Account Manager level
- Background of working in fast-paced cutting-edge advertising or communications agencies
- Strong personal and organisational skills, and will be proactive and industrious and enjoy working in part of a thriving team.
- Experience in a direct marketing agency with drop mail, telemarketing, email and mobile marketing experience would be highly advantageous!
- Confident and outgoing personality with plenty of initiative, drive and ambition
- Competent computer skills (including MS)
- Ability to take initiative and ownership
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload
- Practiced problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and maintain confidentially on all issues
- Good written ability
- Fluent English
