RESPONSABILITATI

Handling all tipes of retail incidents: AST, HomeBank, ATM, Mortgage, Personal Loans, Public Institutions IMM :
- Receiving and checking client complaints;
- Checking the bank system and any other documents/ applications related to the case;
- Instructing the processing of correction to the department in charge;
- Informing the Office/ Branch/ client related to the conclusion of the investigation;

Reconciliation for cards transactions.


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minimum 2 years in the bank activity;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Attention to details, accurate.
