Our client operates on the Central and Eastern Europe markets as a leading supplier in the sphere of development and implementation of information systems for human resources management and is one of the major providers of payroll and personnel outsourcing.
The company was established at his beginnings in Czech Republic and at present began to expand to the Middle and Eastern European markets with the objective to unify the payroll administration at the supranational level.
For increasing the sales forces in Romania the company is looking for the candidate on the position Client Service Representative / Sales representative – HR products.
Description of job position:
In organization structure will be the position directly under the business development director for Central and Eastern Europe.
The person on this position will do mainly:
- support the sales activities in on Romania market
- active searching for new business opportunity
- generate the new incomes from current customer
- take part on creating and implementing the sales strategy for Romania
- creating marketing campaign
- keep the direct contact with the customers
- creating presentations, proposals, price lists
- meeting with potential customers, presentation, contract preparation
- daily communication with foreign colleagues
- daily communication partners and suppliers
- to be right hand of Business Development Director for Europe in business cases.
- University education
- Short business practice is a benefit
- Business practice from similar product company is an advantage
- Interest in business, international business
- Fluent English knowledge, both verbal and written
- Interest and partly knowledge of HR and payroll processes
