Handles inbound and outbound calls;
Offers required information to the customers (about account value, fund units, buying/selling fund unit value, Eureko products);
Contributes for research and competitive analyses;
Receives and checks client¿¿¿s reclamations;
Centralises the returned mail;
Keeps the communication between various departments and agencies network;
Creates and updates the database with potential customers coordinates;
Creates, prints and sends the monthly report to agencies with all the letetrs sent to customers;
Maintains and improves the communication flow between customers and company¿¿¿s representatives.
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer desk/client service;
Very good communication skills, assertivness and clarity;
Advanced interrelationships skills;
Good command in English;
Computer skills ¿¿¿ Microsoft Office;
Reliability, self-confidence and responsibility;
University Degree.
