Details about the responsibilities:
The KAM Department is focused on keeping and developing successful business cooperation with a list of clients, preliminary agreed with the Commercial Manager. The main responsibility is to facilitate prompt and correct communication between all teams in GOPET and the Client in order to:
- Cover clients’ demands on performance level
- Keep agreed terms from both sides: GOPET and the Client
- Ensure stable long-term development of the business
- Set a proactive approach, determining new business opportunities
- When needed: prepare tender participation, collects prices and fills in related tender documentation.
The Sales Representative will:
Present the company to the potential clients and make an initial contact with them (i.e. make introductory calls, set up capabilities presentations etc.)
Work closely with the Commercial Manager, business departments and other sales departments in the company to collect sales-leads and increase the number of new customers
Prepare expedition offers together with the operational department
Keep the clients database up-to-date
Monitor market trends and competitiveness of our services
Monitor customer needs to determine focus of sales efforts
Create routines and support the efforts of departments in various sales offices
Provide reports to the management related to the fulfillment level of thecompany targets
Develop rules how to react on market changes
Initiate and manage different client-related projects
Compile and analyse sales figures
