RESPONSABILITATI

We select CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER for our client, a leading multinational company in outsourcing and consultancy.

This position is accountable for managing an assigned language team within the European Centre. The team is to be recruited and managed effectively to ensure quality of service is maintained, client targets are met and opportunities are developed revenue are maximized.

Key Responsibilities:

- A role responsible for the management of a specified Language Team and sub service line.
- Responsible to recruiting and motivating that team to ensure high quality service to clients.
- Is responsible for assigning team members to specific clients to maximize service delivery and staff development.
- Provide support, training, coaching and mentoring to team members giving constructive feedback.
- Interfaces with team leads, Service line management and client management for staff related matters
- Ensures the language team delivers a service to the client in an effective manner.
- Evaluates and conducts performance reviews for direct reports or delegates to Team Leads dependent on team size.
- Motivates and leads team by example.


CERINTE

- People Management experience.
- Leadership abilities.
- Experience of HR Operations is desirable.
- Good communications, written and oral.
- Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach.
- Fluency in Italian and English
- 3+ years of relevant experience
