RESPONSABILITATI

On behalf of our client, a leading international consulting and outsourcing company, we are searching for a CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER who wants to develop a career in the financial field.

Key responsibilities may include:
¿ Developing a sound understanding of the services provided to the business and the impact of service delivery failures
¿ Acting as point of contact for overall service issues including quality of service and repetitive incidents
¿ Developing and updating Service Management Framework that includes service measurement processes and service management reporting structure
¿ Maintaining service definitions with the customers, use agreed Service Level Agreements change processes, and ensure that they clearly reflect the client requirements and relevance to the contract
¿ Ensuring timely query resolution by Customer Service team and demanding prioritization
¿ Developing monthly service management reports and present to the Service Delivery Lead and client management
¿ Facilitating monthly service review meetings, develop contingency plans, prevent risks from maturing, and document formal review meetings with business customers
¿ Maintaining client satisfaction levels in areas covered by Service Level Agreements
¿ Assessing, with the customer and Business Process Outsourcing Unit, the implications of any changes to service level requirements
¿ In unison with the Service Delivery Lead, driving the development, initiation and promotion of continuous improvement program
¿ Building and developing a Customer Service Culture, Quality Control and Continuous Improvement business environment
¿ Facilitating communications to staff regarding customer service process/procedures


CERINTE

-Good industry and accounting knowledge
- 5 Years general management experience
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in Spanish for client interaction
- Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for internal interaction
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
