RESPONSABILITATI

* Answers to incoming inquiries from panel members by e-mail;
* Compiles information and writes reports on the communication with the panelists and other;
* Identifies potential issues, problems and conflicts and recommends courses of action to resolve;
* Coordinates, provides support and solicits advice from staff members (Panel Management, Project Managers, Sampling) regarding communications initiatives;
* Coordinates the preparation of panel communication materials (i.e. monthly online newsletters, bi annual offline newsletter, announcements etc);
* Helpes with special projects and resources (i.e the creation of a new site, new communication medium etc);
* Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.


CERINTE

* Excellent knowledge of the Italian language;
* Medium knowledge of English;
* Computer skills: Internet, e-mail, Microsoft Word;
* Responsible, dependable, ability to work under stress, able to cope well with very tight deadlines;
* Organized person, with logical thinking;
* Ability to work productively in a team;
* Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
* Self-confidence and a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, active listening abilities
* Possess and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels.
* Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
