RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsible for the expansion of IISE on foreign markets, this person should focus on building a strong relationship with the clients acting on the online research scope within the Ipsos Group.
- Manage a given portfolio of clients ¿ promote the company¿s services and products and offer continuous support in developing their business with IIS Europe.
- Build and implement clear development programs with each client assigned to and ensure the interface between the client and the post-sales or production teams at IIS Europe.
- Responsible for maintaining positive business relationships with current clients, expanding the scope of assignments and identifying new business opportunities. Will train and keep clients up-to-date with developments in the online research industry.
- Based on the client¿s feedback and needs, this person is responsible for proposing the development of new tools / products that will help increase the volume of business.


CERINTE

- Bachelor¿s degree in Market Research, Marketing, Economics or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position.
- Proven client service (including sales) skills in an international business environment.
- Proven capability to work independently and to organize various people around given tasks.
- Self-motivated, flexible and very ambitious.
- Knowledge of market research specific methodology and products is a significant plus.
- Strong writing & presentation skills.
- Advanced business English knowledge. Italian will be a significant plus.
- Responsibilities require a maximum of 1/4 of the time for traveling to various countries across the region of responsibility.
