RESPONSABILITATI

- Builds specifications for the Application Modules based on the existing planning;
- Monitors client accounts;
- Participates in development projects for the Application;
- Offers support for creating documentation / user manuals for the applications;
- Collects feedback for improving the application;
- Acts as a front-line interface to users, accepting trouble reports and dispatching them to the technical department;
- Monitors the proper functioning of the Application on a daily basis.

- Very good planning and organizing skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Good with numbers;
- Accuracy in working with large amounts of data;
- Ability to easily adapt to change, fast learner; dynamic;
- A partnership mentality, with a high level of integrity and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Advanced English Level (reading and writing);
- Advanced Excel knowledge, Word and PowerPoint. Basic Programming knowledge is a plus.
