Effectively manages a team of Team Leaders;
Develops and coordinates the activities associated with a specific region/country;
Reviews and recommends objectives and procedures for operational activities;
Administers policies as they affect operational activities in a specific area;
Coordinates the account relationship;
Directs the implementation of new and existing procedures;
Provides advice and guidance for the client regarding the deliverables;
Monitors client satisfaction and collects feed-back and discussed service level improvement requirements;
Collaborates with the Performance Management specialists to identify best ways to improve process efficiency and client satisfaction;
KPI maintenance and reporting;
The link person between the Country FD and the Shared Service Center operations.
Excellent language skills both written and spoken in Dutch and German;
Fluency in English;
At least 5 years experience in the relationship management field, preferably in the services sector;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels with company clients;
Broad understanding of finance and accounting processes;
Strong customer driven focus;
Strong leadership skills.
